"I have been with State Farm for almost 30 years. I’ve never really filed a claim that I can recall, and I had a really ugly situation take place last week with branches falling on my vehicles as it was an auto policy claim. if it wasn’t for my fantastic agent Cherry Smith who saw this all the way through all week long I’m afraid this whole mess would’ve been left on me as I was told multiple things and that ultimately I was not covered and Cherryl Smith was there in the trenches with me questioning what they were stating as it didn’t make quite sense. She was extremely knowledgeable on terminology and the understanding of the writing of contracts, so important when dealing in this world. She was calm, cool, and collected literally just trying to figure out what things meant And questioning that. If I could, I would give her the whole week off paid. She was truly amazing and was there for me like a good neighbor only better thank you Cheryl from the bottom of my heart. Let’s hope the car is OK and thank you Tim Witherspoon for doing such a great job with your office as they all assisted whenever I needed them as I realize it was difficult sending things to the main headquarters
office. As my email wasn’t working well. You guys stepped up to the plate like it was nothing and thanks to the teamwork. We got it done.!!!!

"Tim was super friendly and helpful! With all the new insurance laws in CA, this seems like the best and quickest way to prove you have insurance if you are uninsured and trying to buy a car. Still a 14 day waiting period, but at least they let you pay for it upfront instead of waiting like progressive and geico etc.

"Have used this state farm office since it was Jeff Berglund (20+ years?), including a decade away from Red Bluff. Recently had a need for a tow. Called office to see if that was covered. Not only did they answer the question, somehow they actually just called the tow truck for me and had it there in less than an hour I think. Not sure that's normal, I think there's actually a number on the back of the card that I'm now aware of, but seems like it deserves a review when you call a local office and they just do it. In terms of past above and beyond, they covered a car that I loaned to a family member and it got wrecked... no hassle no games, they just handled it with a more than fair payout at a time when the money was very helpful, so that was a blessing. Also a very reasonable price several years ago when I lived in a hard to insure fire zone on home insurance although that has probably changed now due to CA laws maybe? Other than that, I haven't had a lot of interaction with them, but in the cases where they had a responsibility to live up to their end of the deal, they did it in a direct, person to person, and extremely timely manner."

"I was hit with a big rock chip on my pickup windshield. The next morning I got in my pickup to go to the glass shop to have it filled so it wouldn’t spider. When I got in my pickup it had already spidered. I went to my State Farm agent and told her what had happened. With no hesitation, she looked up my account and said, it’s all taking care of! She said our local glass repair shop would call and schedule an appointment. That happened that day. Repaired 2 days later. Great service!! Thank you State Farm!"
