"State Farm representative Ali was great. I'm writing this cause I already had a great review for him. Today I called 3/25/2026 and what a blessing to be hooked up to Ali again. What a patient representative and absolute asset to this Red Bluff office. He helped me go through the app carefully and didn't even hang up on me. Again I would like to see him get a raise, and be acknowledged as employee of the month Ali for man of the month, a raise and a parking spot in front of the door. Respectfully Cynthia Houser.
